You have to think he tries to get a multi-year deal somewhere, maybe even with the Pelicans. His QO was the minimum offer he could have gotten.
You'd think those "Dear younger me" letters would get old. Yet they don't
As a Knicks fan, that'd be awesome. I know they looked at him last year before the Pelicans signed him and they brought up Jimmer on a 10 day contract. Bet they wished they'd signed Tim instead now.
Some high praise there
The Pelicans are signing Langston Galloway. Due to the Pelicans only having non-qualifying rights on Tim Frazier, they need to use cap space to sign him. That is going to be pretty unlikely now that the Pellies have signed Galloway.
Still a few teams that need a backup PG. I hope Frazier isn't dead in the water though in getting the payday that a lot of other fringe players have gotten
That is true. I think it is probably more likely he either gets a partial guarantee or has to be a camp invite and latch on somewhere.
The Bulls need PG help now too after their total revamp. Knicks could still use help. Kings, too.
Kings are most likely to sign a PG. Still don't understand why they let Seth Curry walk for that cheap a price.
ESPN has Tim as the 7th best available free agent left and the # 1 available point guard. I sure hope he gets another shot.
Timmy getting PAID. Good for him, well deserved. Next contract will be his big one. Now we just gotta get DJ into the league.
Good for Tim. I didn't see him sticking in New Orleans, gets to play with one of the best young players in the league.
I'm glad Tim resigned with the Pelican AND gets paid. The offense they run in New Orleans fits Tim's style but he's got work to do to be the #2 PG.
