They’re charging the tOSU players because they bargained with autographs for tattoos? It is against the rules and the NCAA makes it pretty black-and-white, with no gray area. That being said, players do stuff like this all the time - this really would stink for them if anyone is held out of their bowl game. I’ve seen PSU players eat a nice, big meal, sign a few autographs, and move on. Obviously, it happens at every school, it just stinks for them that they got caught.
