Only 200 minutes of PT in a regulation game. Who is going to sit while that player is on the court?
It's one of those things, like where Dickie V complains about the teams that didn't make the tournament, without saying which teams he would remove. If it were up to him, there would be 80 teams in the Big Dance.
In reality, you have 3 positions on the floor where you can have a "sharpshooter". You have Carr at PG, Shep at SG, and now Reaves/Banks at the SF. You also have Bostick backing up the PG/SG. And, most of these kids are young, getting better, and have been in the program for a while.
It's easy to say that a sharpshooter will get lots of minutes, it's a lot harder to actually find those minutes to be had.
