Keeping Tabs on the OOC

#1

Figured I’d start a thread in the efforts of keeping up with how our past (or as I write this today - future) Out of Conference opponents are performing. I’ll try to update this daily but I also won’t stop someone else from doing it if they so choose or have the time. We’ll start with the first day of Hoops season (yay!) which is tomorrow. Ahead of the first release of the NET, KenPom rankings are included in the parentheses after each team. AP Ranking and TV (if applicable) is also included

Wright St - Murray St is a solid mid major match up. I actually think WSU may give us a challenge without Watkins.

SMU currently down by 10 at home with under 3 to go. They’ve won over 30 consecutive home OOC games. Not ideal.

Alabama down 56-54 at home to Appalachian State with about 11 minutes to go. Anyone on directv it’s channel 611, SEC Network.

#18

Colgate won 73-57
SMU lost 74-64

Up 10 now

Very explosive athletes, not sure they were that focused on App State. Kind of out-talented the Mountaineers when the game was on the line.

Our OOC doesn’t seem that impressive to me. Do we have to sweep our OOC in order to be in position for the NCAA, or can we lose a game to one of the better teams?
