Not a recruit a player! But, lay off my Tubby! Cobbs just wanted to be closer to home!! ::slight_smile:

But, seriously, you always wonder about the motive. Minne had 11 players average 9.7 minutes per game or more. That’s a lot of shuffling in and out. I wonder if they all like it?

Wow. Leaving after three seasons. Don’t see that very often.

Seems like a lot of theatrics. I wonder where he got thoses genes? He quits the team end of Soph year…then comes back. Now is transferring. Where does his brother play? Is it for Isiah Thomas?
Maybe they will end up together.

I can’t imaging the pressure on this kid. His dad is the greatest player of all time, and he’s trying to play college ball in the backyard of where his Dad became a legend (Chicago).

Illinois was a bad place for him to begin with. It takes quite a good player to earn a scholarship, especially at a premiere school like Illinois. I don’t thinnk he did all that bad, but compared to his Airness, it’s a disappointment.

I think he would have done much better going to a school like Penn State.

Without knowing the kid all this talk is just wild spectuation. The kid could be a “nice young man” or the kid could be a “big time jerk.”
